Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MilkxWhiskey, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders that are $75+. This only applies to orders that are shipping to an address within the contiguous U.S. FREE Standard Shipping (3-4 Business Days) needs to be selected at checkout.

All USA orders over $75 (taxes excluded) have an option of free shipping. Please note that the free shipping option does not apply to any special orders or oversized items.

Shipping time is typically within 3-7 business days based on the distance to your destination. 

We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner however there are certain factors that are unfortunately out of our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, resource shortages and Federal Holidays.

Depending on the situation, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally, we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 2-7 business days fulfillment to the shipping carrier. Most orders arrive in 7 days or less to the carrier.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most deliveries usually arrive in about 7-10 business days. During busy holiday times such as Christmas, the delivery times may take longer. We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time.

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at orders@milkxwhiskey.com and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, that we usually ship our orders within 2-7 days so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

Multiple Packages: We are super focused on streamlining our service and you may recived your rodeer in multiple packages and at different times. If you require any special instructions, please let us know and we will get you covered.

1) Online order tracking is automatically emailed to the email address that was used during checkout. A tracking number is sent as soon as an online order is packaged and scanned for shipment from our warehouse. The tracking number will be sent immediately to the customer's email address on file with the order.

Products are sold on a first-come, first serve basis. As we grow we hope to have more ways to reserve items as well as offer presale opportunities.

On occasion, items may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this occurs, your order will be fully refunded back to the original form of payment.  If any issue arises during this process, let us know and we will do everything we can to fix the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

We will issue exchanges in all the following cases:

- The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model 
- The product has arrived in a damaged condition 
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality
- The estimated time of arrival has lapsed (not responsible for carrier delays)

* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color, or size.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of any return shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Milk x Whiskey.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've physically received the product(s) for your return, we will refund your original payment method that was attached to your order.

The refund usually takes between 3-7 business days to settle with your bank or credit card carrier, but may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card carrier to acknowledge the credit after our refund process is submitted. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed by our system.

No problem! If you have received a damaged or defective item in your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will get a replacement ASAP!

Safety & Security

We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! 

We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, that any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
