Refund & Return Policy

Your happiness is the most important thing to us. If something is wrong with your order, it doesn't fit, or you just changed your mind, you can contact us. Please tell us! We'll look after you!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after getting your item to ask for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you got it in, meaning that it hasn't been worn or used and still has its tags and original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or other proof that you bought the item.

Please get in touch with us to start a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first being asked to do so.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as you get it and let us know right away if something is broken, wrong, or doesn't work. This way, we can figure out what went wrong and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We're sorry, but we can't take back sale items or gift cards.


The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and then buy the new item separately after the return is accepted.


Once we've gotten your return and looked it over, we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll get your money back automatically through the same method you used to pay. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and send the refund.
