If you are unhappy with your order, let us know within 60 days, and we’ll exchange it for something of equal value that better suits your needs.

Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, returns must be processed within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with the original hang tags attached.

Exchanges:
Exchanges can be processed within 60 days from the original order date. We kindly ask that you provide us with feedback on why you’re exchanging your item, so we can help ensure you’re thrilled with your new selection.

Ineligible Returns/Exchanges:
Items that have been intentionally damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Wear & Tear:
Items showing normal wear and tear can still be exchanged within the first 60 days from the date of purchase.

One-Time Exchange:
You can use and then exchange your items once per order. For example, if you purchase a backpack and use it for 60 days, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item if you’re not satisfied. However, if you wish to exchange the second item after 60 days, we can only accept it if it’s unused and in new condition.

Return Shipping Costs:
If you decide to process a return without an exchange, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your order total. We don’t charge any restocking fees, and your original shipping was still covered by us. However, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs for items not being exchanged.
